Transferring Your Domain Name
Perfecthost nameservers are:

Since we do not have the authority to make changes
with your domain name, we can not transfer the
name for you.
To transfer your domain name to be hosted with
Perfecthost, you must make the appropriate changes
with the registrar that you used to register the
domain name. Please use the above Name Server
information to transfer your domain name to.

If
you have registered your domain name with another
registrar, contact that registrar to find out how
to make changes.

E-mail Settings The email on your account will only work after
the name is working meaning when you type
www.yourdomain.com and it works apply the
following to your email software on your computer.
Incoming email: yourdomain.com and the outgoing
email is your ISP setting.
3rd party software.
We do not support other companies products
meaning we offer a wide selection of programs for
our customers. We however are busy maintaining the
servers your sites are on and do not have the time
to learn all the products that are offer. We add
products as the systems will allow and it is up to
you to seek out the knowledge to use these items.
We however can refer you to a place to find some
help.
Down Servers.
Perfecthost always try to avoid this and has
had extremely good uptime, but it happens to all
hosts. We will not process or answer emails when
servers are down. We are busy getting the servers
back up. The servers are monitored 24 hours per
day, and we know if a server goes down. We
will answer the email when we get the systems back
online. However, it is our pleasure to help
you and keep you informed. A network status
and news page will soon be available in the event
of an emergency, so that we may keep you informed.
Server abusers.
We maintain our servers with all customers in
mind and we reserve the right to refuse business
to anyone at any time. We rarely have to enforce
this policy; and when we do, it is for all of our
customers' benefit.
